THANK YOU for being a wholesale customer with CPF Erie!  We do our best to provide you with high quality service and products!  Below explains our store hours, delivery, and when and how to place your orders.  As always, if you have any questions, or concerns, just call our store anytime.

Store Hours

  • Mondays – Fridays, 6:30am to 2:30pm
  • Saturdays – 7:00am to 11:00am

Ordering Options 

There are many ways for you to shop and place your order with us! 

  1. Visit our store and shop our coolers and supply areas during store hours.
  2. Call and speak to one of our Sales Staff during store hours.
  3. Email your order anytime to eriecpforders@cpfco.com.
  4. Call our after hours voicemail to leave your order at (814) 452-6409, x204.
    1. We do our best to check all lines of communication for orders, but orders left on other phone extensions or emails are not guaranteed and may be missed for cut-off times. 
  5. Pre-orders for specials events/weddings are highly encouraged to be placed directly with Sales Staff 8-10 days prior to your needed delivery date.
  6. Order Online 24/7!  We have online ordering platforms for your every need!  Login instructions will be sent to your email.
    1. NEW - Erie's Online Shopify Store allows you to easily shop Erie inventory of fresh cut flowers, greens, plants, and supplies.  Deliveries are scheduled for when you want the product.  Everything is billed through your CPF Erie Branch account 
    2. K2K (Komet) gives you access to shop Miami (please contact CPF Erie for account invite) inventory of fresh cut worldwide imports.  These purchases are delivered on the next truck out of Miami to our branch.  We then deliver the case/s directly to you.  Miami ordering cut-offs will be explained with your login information. 
    3. Retail Direct allows you to shop farms (please contact CPF Erie for account invite) worldwide!  Whether you love finding the best price, or a special product, you'll enjoy connecting with growers to find what you need!  Advance timing is needed for deliveries to ship with our cold-chain transportation suppliers into the US to Erie Branch, and then delivered locally by us to you.  

Delivery Service 

  • Delivery days are in your hands with no minimums to meet along with same day delivery availability!  Same day delivery can be scheduled if your order is made by 8:00am the day of delivery.  If we receive your order after 8:00am, your order will be scheduled for next day delivery, or for whenever you tell us. 
    • Delivery fees are $15.00 per delivery.
  • You may request a Special Delivery outside our normal delivery schedule.  Your order must meet a minimum for special delivery totaling $250.00 or more worth of product.
    • The delivery fee for a special delivery is $50.00.

Cleveland Plant & Flower Return/Credit Policy

We strive to always provide you with the highest quality products, but occasionally there can be unseen issues with perishable products.  When this happens, please follow these steps to ensure we are able to process an immediate replacement of your product or issue you a credit to your account.

  • Perishable Product Return Request
    • Please notify a Salesperson within 24 hours of receiving the product and return the product to CPF as soon as possible (product can be sent back with our delivery drivers).
    • Please send pictures of ALL the product (total stems) being returned.  If it is in its original packaging, include pictures of the box and box label so we can identify the grower and shipment information.  This will help us process the claim faster and more accurately.  
  • Nonperishable Return Request
    • General use floral supplies have a 30 day return policy.
    • No seasonal / holiday product may be returned after the holiday.  No returns on special sale items.
    • All returns must be in the original packaging and a copy of your sales invoice is needed to process a credit.
